Who we are
Assis Clo sells clothing online to consumers in the European Union. Contact us by replying to any order email.
Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
Your order
Your contract with us is formed when we email your order confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are made after you order. Each pre-order shows an estimated delivery date before you buy. Your card is saved when you order and charged only when your order ships. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before it ships. If the estimated date moves by more than 30 days we will tell you and you may cancel.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. See Returns & withdrawal.
Guarantee
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the laws of your country of residence.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the seller’s country, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
