What we collect
To fulfil your order we process your name, email, phone, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe; shipping labels by our shipping provider; emails by our email provider.
Why
To perform our contract with you (orders, delivery, receipts) and to meet legal obligations (tax records). With your consent only: marketing emails and advertising measurement with Meta.
Abandoned checkout emails
If you start checkout, tick the box to receive emails from us and don’t complete your order, we may send you one reminder with a link back to your bag. Without that consent we send nothing.
Analytics
We measure visits with cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) and an anonymous page-view count by country, city and traffic source. Neither stores your IP address or sets a cookie.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing us. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (typically 6 years). Everything else is deleted when no longer needed.
